Suspended Xbox Live Rewards

Hello. I created a ticket on the Microsoft Rewards Page (1429851083) as it looks like my account was suspended. I called into the Xbox Support and they don't see anything that would cause a suspension, but couldn't lift it on their
end. They looked internally and it showed that the support is on the Forums and to create a port that had the Type set to Support. Any help is appreciated as I was wanting to start testing the Microsoft Rewards app for the Xbox Insider Program.

Microsoft Rewards account says my account has been suspended, will my Xbox Live Rewards be suspended

I have/had a "Bing Rewards" account that has been suspended for a good while and I'm still not sure why it was suspended, when the "Bing Rewards" account was switched/renamed to "Microsoft Rewards", the account was/is still listed as suspended. My
question is: If my "Microsoft Rewards" account is suspended, will my "Xbox Live Rewards" account be suspended as well? I've had an Xbox Live Rewards account since the beta in May 2011 and have used it every month since and don't want to lose it. Follow-up
question: If my account stays suspended, does anyone know how to reinstate my account or at the least, find out why my account(s) was suspended in the first place.

You would need to contact customer support for
the Microsoft Rewards program. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.
