i think ive been wrongly suspended from communicating with friends and failed the questionare and am very disappointed i have to wait 2 weeks to talk with friends again even with a good reputation

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You will have to wait 24 hours and retake the questionnaire in order to submit a case review. Rep has nothing to do with suspensions.

the console is suspended if you violated the terms of use. if the account is unsuspended you won' be able to use it on a suspended xbox

If it's an account ban then you want "My xbox account was suspended"

You can still login to the site with the account but it should take you to right to the page that shows your account is suspended. I checked Immediately on my xbox and it was suspended.

No you can't suspend your Xbox live account but you can suspend your auto renewal payment option.
