    He isn't threatening you, but merely pointing out that continuing the behavior that got you banned for 7 days and then 14 days will get you permanently banned if it continues. It has nothing to do with being a loyal customer and everything to do with your

    ^^ What Jayadub said.I have not threatened you in any way,just pointed out what will happen if you keep getting communication suspensions.

    I also said support can't do anything to help you,nothing about them lifting your suspension.

  3. It is tangentially related to the topic I know but why can't Xbox departments talk to each other?

    It does seem very odd to me that the customer service department has no links at all to the department that can ban customers. At the very least you'd think they'd have access to a summery of the reasons for a ban or suspension.

    first off Microsoft put us in a never ending loop of trying to ACTUALLY get help on *** like this. To be able to apply a case review for things you must answer a bunch of pointless questions. answering 1 wrong results in a failed test. With a question like
    "trash talking is ok as long as it doesn't go overboard?" i answered false expecting trash talking to not be allowed. the answer was true. what *** is that? so because of stupid questions like that im not even able to apply for a case review. Second looking
    up contact info, on the enforcement page it has a contacts link, leads to a list, click account suspension, lead BACK TO THE ENFORCEMENT HOME PAGE. Why dont you care about customer satisfaction Microsoft or customer support for that matter??? third, i have
    been *** talked to in messages and in game chat repeatedly by people angry at losing so once i responded back in the exact same tone even less vulgar in most cases, I GET BANNED and Microsoft doesn't want to do a thing about it and wont allow for any actual
    thing to get done as i mentioned before with stuff like not allowing any actually contact or confirmation on WHY or WHO? I already know exactly who because people in the game have told me such trash player have gotten groups to report me and Microsoft doesn't
    even validate why. Microsoft we PAY MONEY for our accounts for adult content, games that show *** and *** and have more vulgar scenes and language than anything said in any messages. People who pay should not be treated like kindergartners getting a timeout.
    this is ridiculous. I cant even contact any support because of your *** loopholes so now i have to post on forums for NOBODY AT MICROSOFT TO SEE.

    It's mostly down to were the enforcement team are based & a lot of customer services are out sourced so don't actually work for Microsoft.

    If someone is suspended then an email is sent telling them the reason or they can log in to the enforcement site to see any action against their account so that's 2 ways they can see why they have been suspended.

    Doesn't matter what the age rating of a game is,xbox live is rated "E" for everyone so you must behave that way.

    If you get a vulgar or harassing message then don't respond,just block & report.That way you'll be fine & the sender will get suspended.

    How is it theft?

    It's clearly stated in the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you start your account, as is the fact that they will only show you the proof at their own discretion.

    You agreed to that so it's not theft.

    They don't hand out bans & suspensions just for fun & a perma ban is the last resort.
