Suspended without detail of charges against me.

I was recently suspended for "inappropriate" communications however I stay in party chat with my friends anytime i am on Xbox. My problem is now i cant use party chat for a week and no one will tell me why or what caused the suspension. I would like a detailed
account of the charges against me and proof of such charges sometime soon would be preferable.

Turn off auto renewal? Using a free 30 day trial

I created a new gamertag to get free 30 day trial which was left over on my console but unfortunately because of the new changes it asked for payment methods it won't let me process without it putting in something so I just entered my paypal details. Is
there a way to remove auto renewal? or my paypal details? I click on my account on here it claims to not have my details when it does (yeah right they will be quick to charge me when it renews) says i'm a free member. wtf? I go on the console & go to manage
payment options then remove payment option it comes up can't retrive in information from xbox live please try again later. (once again yeah right conning b....s) Anyone is there a method to turn it off or remove my paypals without calling them up I don't want
to be charger at the end of the month for a service I don't really want.

 

Suspended because my credit card couldnt be charged?

I was suspended and i think it was on a credit card that has been canceled because it was lost and i put my new details in and i think they are trying to charge me on my old credit card and i cant do anything...what should i do??????

 

Some group of players reported you for cursing, trash talk and or the like there of. And you won't get any proof btw.

Same thing here. My mic isn't even plugged into my headset unless I'm partied with my close friends. So how/why I'm suspended is beyond me. My buddy isn't going to report me because of language. So people are just reporting for no reason. So now I can't
even communicate with my friends in game due to some players being spiteful for no reason whatsoever.

 

You do realise that sending messages that are against the CoC/ToU can also get you suspended?

Yea, I don't message people either. The only people I talk to are my actual friends I know in real life.

 

this is how Microsoft work unforunately, they will ban you, sometimes perma ban, not provide the evidence but you lose absolutely everything which without proof and proper documentation is borderline theft. This is what we signed up for when joining live.

 

How is it theft?

It's clearly stated in the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you start your account, as is the fact that they will only show you the proof at their own discretion.

You agreed to that so it's not theft.

They don't hand out bans & suspensions just for fun & a perma ban is the last resort.

 

hence the reason i stated THIS IS WHAT WE SIGNED UP FOR at the end of my post, can't use live without agreeing to grey area rules, and yes they have banned people in the past wrongly, which they admitted and fixed, but the point being if they have made mistakes
before then they can again. no system is fool proof.

That was a few years ago & the enforcement system has changed a lot since then.

 

The enforcement team has gotten worse. I got a suspension for 7 days, filed a case review asap, and took them the full 7 days to hear back from them, only to find out they added another 14 days when my communications were useless. Great set-up they have
in the enforement department when other xbox departsments cant even communicate with the enforcement team. Even have proof of this while chatting with a xbox support person who admitted this. Great customer service if you ask me... more like the worst.

 

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so wouldn't be able to do anything.

Reports have to be investigated,which takes time.You weren't suspended for something you did while already on a suspension,how could you be? You were suspended again for something that you did weeks,even months ago.

Carrying on like this & you will get a permanent ban.

 

Did I say I was asking support to lift my suspension? No, only said they have to work on the enforcement team and being better at communicating with the customer and possibly other departments.... and yes they did do this to my account because the case review
notes told me? Tell me im wrong ambassador. Threatening to ban someone for saying the Enforcemnt Team needs to better communications, again treating a loyal customer like trash for trying to shed light on the enforcement department and their communication
struggles. No emails, No chat, No phone number, Only a case review which took me 7 days to hear my results. Thank you Daft Badger for the inappropriate threat for trying to improve the Xbox Community.
