    Suspended without cause or explanation


    I just logged into my xbox I figured find I’ve been suspended. I’m not given an explanation and customer support isn’t allowed to discuss it with me. Apparently it’s a harassment issue but I don’t use the Xbox to talk to anyone but my best friend. 12
    years I’ve had to this account without incident. This is absurd and unfair.

    Normally, the enforcement team sends a notification to the email address associated with your account. There’s never really a “suspended without cause”, you might of violated the code of conduct without realizing it or, you were reported.

    I now have the reason why but it wont allow me to access any form of contact info. Any time I load a page in the enforcement wbsite I keep getting a notification about having to check my enforecment history and the it soams the same message at me every
    time I attempt to select review case

    I recueved no such email and when I check the enforcement page it states that an enforcement action gas been applied to my account but yet provides no information as to why or how I can request to have it reviewed. I have searched the "contact us" tab
    for some form if email address or phone number and found bo such item. Am i doing something wrong possibly?
