    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Suspended why?

    Xbox support were wrong for sending you to the forums. They tend to give incorrect information when it comes to things that they are not involved in.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they dont use/read the forum and havent for several years. The only way to contact them is by signing into their and filing for a case review (if the suspension is eligible for one)
    by following the steps here:

    That is the only way to see about having the suspension lifted early.

    Suspended for Code of Conduct??? Havent even been on.

    Please go to the why was my account suspended forum were they will tell you your exact reason why you were suspended and what caused you to get suspended.

    I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
    the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

    Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.
