Suspended while suspended? What is going on with the enforcement team?

I was given a comms ban on Saturday and then received another suspension today. How is that even possible when I have a comms ban? I literally could not communicate with anyone. Now on top of a comms ban I have a multiplayer ban as well. I need to talk
to an actual person and get this cleared up.

What is going on with the servers?

i've been getting kicked out of games all night! right after voting during the black screen while waiting for the game to start, it says its looking for a new host then then right after that i'm the only one left! i just got suspended for quitting because
the game keeps kicking me out. i have no problem logging into games like halo wars or gears two...so can some PLEASE explain to me what the hell is going on?

 

And the case review was upheld without telling me what actually happened. Somehow I was using the comms system when I was banned from using the comms system. Does anyone even check these posts?

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team who are the only ones who have information about your suspensions. Keep in mind that investigations do take time so suspensions are not instant. Both actions that could have caused
your suspensions could have taken place weeks or months ago.

 

I submitted a case review and received a cookie cutter response just like the first time. The enforcement team needs some major work. As it stands now, I just won't message anyone not already on my friends list and I'm going to stop helping people out.
It's just not worth the trouble when they only go through the motions of reviewing cases. And every possible thing that happened was from over the weekend.

 

I didnt Do anything but i have a COC suspension. Whats going on Xbox ??

In the future you may want to start your own thread.

The only people that can help you with an account suspension is the enforcement team through their website enforcement.xbox.com and the case review process. If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can sign in at their website and file for
a case review and they will reinvestigate the report and if decide if they can lift your suspension sooner.

 

Of you get coms banned you can still get banned for other things on top of that it depends on what is going on with you at that moment!!
