Suspended until 12/31/9999 - Didn't receive an e-mail

The gamertag "Enemy MOAB" was my main account and the e-mail I used to sign in with wasn't accessible any more. Since then, I created a new alias e-mail and removed the original. I signed in on my Xbox, it told me I was suspended until 12/31/9999, hoping
it would send another e-mail to my new alias e-mail. However, it did not resend an e-mail. I invested 100+ days play time in that account, and I have never gotten suspended for anything prior to this. Now I will have to rebuild the stats of the games I spent
so long on and I don't even know what I did wrong. How am I supposed to learn from my mistakes if I don't know what they are?

Also, I keep trying to cancel my gold subscription from xbox.com, but I get a Runtime error each time I click 'My Account'. I'm pretty sure my subscription renews sometime soon, and I am not about to waste $60 on an account I can't even connect to Live on.
If anyone can help me with either of these problems, please respond.

You'll need to contact support directly in order for them to cancel your gold. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

You'll need to contact Xbox Support to disable auto-renew. Be aware that you will not be reimbursed for lost Gold. You'll also lose all purchases and remaining currency on the account.

A permanent ban does not require prior bans. You broke the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use likely by modding something which warranty a permanent ban regardless of not priors.

here.

Third, if you believe that you did not have control of your account at any time you need to contact support and open an unauthorized access ticket. They will share their results with the PET team.
