Suspended unfairly... again.

I've been banned from Xbox live once in my life years and years ago for doing something stupid and posting something I couldnt in my bio on xbox 360 I was banned and it was fair I havent been banned again since a week ago when someone was talking trash to
me and I said something back and they told me they were gonna report me and what do you know less than 12 hours later im banned from using communication i.e. parties or game chat or messaging for a week I said whatever I just shouldn't have said anything back
and then maybe I wouldnt have been banned and then I just got my privledges back a few days ago only to be banned again this morning because the night before I played with someone who called everyone on my team extremely rude names all because we lost so I
messaged him and said hey man your doing just as good as everyone else so dont act like your the best if you cant do better than others I used a cuss word or two in the message but I heard the guys voice he was clearly a grown man and he sent me a message
back saying reported for cussing enjoy the 2 week ban so obviously after that I gave him a hard time for being a grown man and reporting someone on xbox but come on xbox were adults here and I cant even say damn without getting banned for a week or two? If
your sensitive to foul language change your settings so that not anyone can message you

Account suspension

my account has been suspended - how do I get this investigated as it was unfairly suspended

 

Sorry for the long read just really gets on my nerves how people just spam the report button when mad at a game and I think the enforcement is being enforced in the wrong places

 

Agitation and retaliation is what feeds the monster otherwise known as enforcement. Wouldn't it be great to have a simple systen where you block or mute agitators and never even have to worry about communicating, or being randomly matched with said person
or group ever again?

Nah, that would be too simple. Besides, the report button would be far too complicated for MS and Sony to remove. Besides, if they eliminated the report button, the monster would get pink slips and have to either go on welfair or actually work for a living.

Won't be long before they report and lock your threads OP, but whatever they do. Chin up!

 

I'm impressed the enforcement team acted so fast. That's good news!

With that said, I say this over and over and over and over and... well you get the idea.

Never respond to an idiot who messages. Block. Report if needed. Move on. It's that simple but apparently so many just don't get it.

 

This worries me I could quite often swear and shout from getting annoyed or celebrating on online games (which I don't play That often on Xbox) but I've never seen any problems because of it. The Idea that I could have actions taken against me for being
to passionate while playing multiplayer games on Xbox Live is upsetting to me.

 

To be honest I respond to all my messages on Xbox Live. So even if someone says they've screwed my mum, then I'm gonna tell them to get shrecked!

Another ambassador of the year. It's really not hard to ignore messages. It's too easy to risk getting a communication ban otherwise.

 

How is that an unfair suspension? You admitted to violating the Code of Conduct. You have the option to report offense messages and the ability to block communications from the offending person.

 

You've got to be doing something to instigate those messages if you get them all of the time. In all the times I've played on Live which is 10 years now I've only ever received 1 message from a butt-hurt person and that was in MK9. I blocked, didn't respond and
went about my gaming session and never seen or heard from that gamertag again.
