What is taking so long for an answer..

this message received via email on the 9th April 2014 @ 5.10am NZ time:

This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live communication privileges have been temporarily suspended due to inappropriate communication on Xbox Live. This suspension applies to your use of available apps and communications mechanisms, including
the Xbox Live Communicator, the Xbox Live Vision Camera, the Kinect Sensor, messaging to other Xbox Live users via Xbox.com, and/or participation in the Xbox.com forums.

Now explain to me why?? in new zealand that the kenetic is only avaliable for party chat not for the following:

game chat, video kenetic etc

also if your wondering if i had used an foul language against my friends in party chat, that i do not use but as to your advantage you have breach your privileges as the code of conduct does not state anything that you have right to interfere with
other peoples conversation in party chat.

I want you to contact me on [Mod Removed] in regards to this matter as i have done nothing wrong in regards to this situation, if it i dont here back in the next day i will forward your email for registration.

when i go to post there it says i need an admin to allow me to post there and if an email notification is allowed then i will be notified.

I've read posts like this a few times and more times than not its because they used inappropriate language or something in upload studio, have you uploaded any videos that could offend anyone?

remove personal number and post in the correct forums please!

Posting personal info like your phone number is not allowed on the forums.

The only place to post about a suspension is here forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx

Your post will need to be approved so don't expect you post to appear straight away.
