Suspended on Xbox live for no reason at all?

Ive been banned twice in the past for rude language. That i will admit . However, i have learned from my mistakes. Yesterday i played some overwatch (with no microphone in) and got off. Didnt talk to anybody or say anything . Messaged 1 guy to switch characters
and that was it . I log in today ( 01/21) and it states i violated the communcation guidelines of xbox live. I really dont understand . If i earned it i wouldnt be here commenting , but i literally did nothing wrong. Im just trying to blow off some steam because
this is my 3rd offense. Now im afraid to even play certain games anymore because of the possibility of offending someone and getting perma banned. Ridiculous how you cant talk to enforcement. This really turns me off from even playing my xbox anymore .ugh

It's not necessarily that anyone reported a message from mo ths ago, but it just takes time for the enforcement team to investigate. So you could have been reported weeks ago and the investigation just finished. Suspensions are not always issued the same
day the action took place.

They should atleast provide proof of what was said / what was messaged. My last ban was awhile ago and i have definitely cleaned up my act. Im beyond flabbergasted right now. Glad someone can report me for a message i said MONTHS ago. Just beyond ridiculous

At least Xbox Enforcement give you the option of a case review if eligible, other platforms don't. As long as you stick to the code of conduct you should have no issues.

We can't help on the forums. But I can tell you that suspensions aren't always for things that just happened, they can be for something in the past.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

The enforcement team do not issue suspensions for no reason. Investigations can take time as well so the suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks ago.
