Suspended on same day after getting unsuspended from 2 week suspension

I think it’s kind of unfair that xbox suspended me on the same day after getting my profile suspended for 14 days (2 weeks) and now I have to wait another two weeks. I’ve tried contacting Microsoft but they said they couldn’t help me with this problem,
their was definitely a mistake suspending me again I would like to know if i could get unsuspended for the false enforcement, I’ve been waiting patiently for 2 weeks now xbox gives me these bad news? Mind blowing.

Account suspensions happen to the minute. Depending on what time your account was suspended, it will be unsuspended at the same time. ex) if it happened at 5:00PM, it will become active again after 5:00PM of the day it will become active again (07/25/2013)

 

I was supposed to be unsuspended yesterday but I'm still suspended.

I was suspended from talking on the 11th of October 2017 for 2 weeks and was supposed to be unsuspended yesterday but I'm still suspended. What should I do?

But how will I know they read my review and they’ve agreed to unsuspended me?

 

Microsoft doesn't comment nor does support on enforcement so I dunno where you are getting the idea

Only enforcement can comment or do anything about it which you cannot contact as most services have moderated contact like closed forums or chat

Enforcement team is the only team that caj comment or see reasons why suspensions happen or lift any

No they won't tell you what incident just the type of suspension and reason

Reports are protected by privacy laws so you are going to have to go based on the type of suspension

FYI suspensions are rarely instant and more then likely days or weeks ago

Depending on severity

 

or you had an pending report from weeks before and they just extended it

And yes a suspension doesn't null previous violations
