    Suspended Microsoft Rewards Account


    Hi all.

    I bought a Xbox Series X in March and for the first time started collecting reward points and completing quests.

    On 21st May my account was suspended?

    After chasing customer support I was informed that I have breached the Microsoft Service Agreement.

    No details of the breach, just a tag of fraud recorded and I am disqualified from participating.

    I am 100% sure this is wrong.

    I have 1 account, one name, 1 email address, don't use vpn, no idea what a bot is!

    I have sought help many times now only to get the same generic answer.

    Looking at the community posts I am not alone. Others even going as far a arbitration to get this resolved!

    As a loyal customer i surely have a right to know exactly what i am accused of.

    If Microsoft read these posts then please sort this out.

    Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
    suspended for some goofy reason.
