Suspended innocent

account suspended unfairly. I can't see any clear explanation as to why I'm suspended. My child was playing on my account when it happened. He was playing fortnite on squad more and was playing along side 3 people. My son doesn't have a mic and didn't message
them but one person gamer tag name Lethal Owll messaged saying "go away" next message from him "get friends" then my son replied "why" then they said "we don't like you" . Case reference number 1417836293

I've been suspended because my friends sent others users hate messages online... is there way to unsuspend me, I'm so innocent and I'm very mad about this

what do you guys do when you respond to the call, and accidently run over an innocent pedestrian? Do you get suspended w/o pay for a week or two?

Yea I get that, basikly I've gone through all this bs for nothing. The xbox report system is highly flawed at a moment notice any1 of us could be suspended for no good reason and there's nothing you can really do about it. Guilty untill proven innocent

What baffles me GG is how everyone is always innocent. They were suspended or banned for a reason. They don't just ban people for being kind and enjoying the experience the way it was meant to be.

I've used innocent images before and got suspended, after thoroughly looking through rules on the gamerpics I decided to submit a case review which didn't get approved.

This left me with confusion as the reply to my question about why it was inappropriate resulted in a response mentioning things that were not in the image.

I've seen others use the same image for months at a time and have no issues, further confusing and frustrating me.

In all seriousness, I don't think I should have to ask, but if an innocent image gets me suspended I feel I need to ask to avoid suspension.
