Suspended indefinitely for no reason. Help?

My account was randomly banned for no reason. I have gone to the enforcement website but was still left with no explanation.

"Details

No details are available at this time"

This is when I submitted a case review and told them I don't know why I would be banned and that it would help to have further details.

Case review instantly denied.

Finally after that they email me and give me a reason.

"This account was suspended for engaging in the manipulation of Xbox services." Basically banned for cheating from what I got from it.

I only play one game and have never cheated once. I get the occasional message from players I beat accusing of aimbot and what not but I would've never thought I could get permanently banned from players submitting false reports.

Any help would be appreciated.

Enforcement team. Do better than this.

I am sorry to hear about what happened. I know how frustrating that must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. However, here in forum and even a support cannot assist us regarding Xbox enforcement actions or suspensions because they're being handled by the Xbox Enforcement team only who work offline. We could only get in touch with them when we report a player or file a case review.

I suggest to refer on your mailbox regarding the emails from Xbox Enforcement team.

The backwards compatibility program is suspended indefinitely at this point. Even so, these games with licensed music are always tricky.

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

You didn't break any rules. As mentioned above, it's is indefinitely suspended due to extra traffic on the servers from Covid-19

everything you mention is punishable by xbox's rules of behavior, if you keep insisting on that behavior your account can be suspended indefinitely
