Suspended from Xbox Live?

So I was trying to play Forza Horizon 4 with my friends and I noticed that when I tried to join it said "Your account isn't eligible for online play" and I completely can't play online. Everything was working well earlier today, I didn't send any harmful
messages, I wasn't "time travelling" to get locked vehicles, I wasn't doing anything that would violate ToS but my account is suspended, why?

Edit: I also didn't receive any e-mails from Microsoft about any suspension but here I am

The Xbox live profile may be suspended/banned from xbox live making it unrecoverable until the suspension, if suspended, ends. If its banned, you cannot recover it once deleted.

The forums are an extension, and thus a part of, the Xbox LIVE service. The Terms of Use and Code of Conduct applies to the entire service (including it's extensions). Breaking these agreements while using any part of our Xbox LIVE service is subject to
enforcement action. When users are suspended from Xbox LIVE they are also suspended from the forums, thus this situation is treated the same.

Forum 15 - My LIVE account was suspended the xbox support agents there will be able to tell you why you were suspended. I'm pretty sure you get an email when you get suspended/banned so you might want to check to see if you have an email.
