Suspended From Xbox Live

Hello everybody, I am a 14 year old male from England, I was playing Forza Motorsport 6 on Friday night and when I was at the seaside today, I recieved a message saying I was banned from Xbox Live. This ruined my day and still has now, I have been recieving
messages from my friends and I cannot even reply to them. Neither can I speak to them in a Xbox Live Party.

The reason I got banned is pretty pathetic to be honest, I know exactly why I got banned but I'd like to tell the whole story out to the people on here so they can help me and hopefully guide me on how to sort this out.

So, it was 10.30pm GMT Time, I joined a Forza Motorsport 6 Lobby ran by a guy called [Mod Removed] in a private lobby.

The 1st race loaded up and it was all good, but for some reason, 1 driver took a disliking to me and was smashing me up and racing really dirty and breaking every rule on the rule list apart from going the wrong way. I decided that I would message the host
to let him know but he did nothing about it, in the next race, this same driver was trying to ruin my race yet again and making sure that I wouldn't win and he was smashing me up, nudging me into the wall, spinning me and brake checking me as well as leaning
me against the wall.

The host still wasn't replying to my messages so I decided to take it into my own hands and thought that I'd send the guy a not so kind message telling him off and that was it, he didn't listen, didn't reply either and decided to carry on smashing me up
in each race.

When I got home from the seaside today, I was really annoyed that I couldn't message my friends or anything and spotted a message from Xbox Live.

I recorded the replays from the racing which clearly shows the idiot ruining my races. I cannot believe that I have been banned from messaging and party chat for sending him a not so nice message but rightly deserved. He's got away with it and is probably
laughing his head off right now which really annoys me.

The gamertag of this person that caused the trouble is [Mod Removed] never raced against this person until yesterday and I had done nothing wrong to him, he was part of a team called [Mod Removed] according to the livery he had on his car which a few other
drivers also had. I've had a couple of problems with these drivers in the past but nothing major at all. I've never done anything bad to them. He was team racing so he could get one of his team to win and stopped me from winning on purpose.

Can someone help me?

How can I keep Halo 3 from the MCC collection suspended?

Last night I was done playing so put it in suspend mode so I can pick up playing today. When I went to go play it I resumed but it said disconnected from Xbox Live and the game had to restart. What gives? If I log out of Xbox live before I start the game, will I be able to return to suspended mode? Not sure why the game cares if I'm logged into Xbox live or not.

The Xbox live profile may be suspended/banned from xbox live making it unrecoverable until the suspension, if suspended, ends. If its banned, you cannot recover it once deleted.

As far as the other person, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

 

I know why I was banned, I just want to know why he gets away with it and I have to have the punishment which is pathetic.

Hate the Xbox Report system, it's a right joke. I have reported people for threatening messages telling me to kill myself and all sorts of that rubbish and nothing happened to them but it happens to me over saying something not so nice.

Doesn't matter what I said to him anyway, cannot offend him as it wasn't an offensive message. He's 17 from what I've been told by friends of his on Facebook. He knows I'm younger than him and that's why he has targeted me according to my friend who knows
him well.
