Suspended from xbox live for saying F**k, for a game rated M for mature.

but if your playing a game that is M FOR MATURE AND YOU HAVE ALL YOUR SETTING PUT TO MATURE . Why do people get suspended for cussing in a mature game? Or talking smack in a Mature game FPS???

Because the game itself is rated M, but everything else on Live is to remain E for everyone. It's per the rules you agreed to when you signed up.

Games are allowed to be M for mature but when they use xbox live they have to follow xbox live's terms and conditions so they have to keep it PG

Xbox Live is rated E for Everyone even when playing an M rated game, since the Mature rating applies to the single player component of the game. If you don't follow the rules and retaliate you get suspended. This isn't rocket science or brain surgery, DON'T
RETALIATE just report, block and move on.

If that is too hard for you expect to be banned several more times before your account gets taken away permanently.
