Suspended from xbox live for no reason

My account was suspened from xbox live yesterday for no reason. I think what it is is that i got invited to a persons match on call of duty black ops 2 and his gamertag was changing colors and his rank was changing so im pretty sure it was a modded lobby
but i got kicked from the lobby and then someone invited me to play and it was the same lobby and i backed out before the game even started. I would like to get the suspension lifted from my account please
