Suspended from Xbox Live but haven't even logged in for a long time

The enforcement finally appeared and it says it's permanent.

I am utterly confused. I don't have an xbox and the only way I have used Xbox live is through PC Game Pass which expired in 10 Jul 2021. And even then I only played single player games.

I've submitted my case review but now the "Under Review" has gone.

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and there's no way to confirm bans as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.

How long, is "quite some time"..?? If you haven't used or logged into your Hotmail account in 30 days, your e-mail account goes Inactive & that will include, linked accounts like, Xbox Live Sign-in etc..

Chilly are you banned? Or suspended? Or just can't log in to xbox live from your console?

As long as you have filed complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate it. Even if they haven't been suspended yet, it does't mean they won't.

The enforcement team do not accept outside evidence such as screen shots or videos because they already have access to everything that is done on Live.
