    Suspended from Xbox Live but dont know why


    So we were suspended for 2 weeks for "Cheating", although we have absolutely NO IDEA why. We submitted an appeal, which was then upheld (I think the process is automated). The decision to uphold it does not give any detail as to what they claim we did
    to violate the Codes of Conduct. I contacted support, and they cannot give any details either, and there is NO WAY to contact the enforcement division. If we actually did something wrong, then we accept the suspension, but all we want to know is HOW we violated
    the Code of Conduct. Is it really beyond reason to expect MS to explain HOW we violated any rules to deserve a suspension?????? All they said is to post on the forums, and maybe an Ambassador would see it and help. I am not holding my breath, but how nice
    would it be if an Ambassador actually did look at this for us????

    the kinect cant understand the kiwi accent, and they probably wont bother with it since we have such a small population

    Ambassadors are only volunteers so we are just fellow gamers like yourself. We don't have any access to any account information. The enforcement team are the only ones who have information regarding suspensions/bans and they will not give specific information.
    The only information they will give, is what you've already gotten.

    Yeah same thing happen to me bro like I just got out of suspension for harassment on voice when I don't have a mic like what? And then after a few days I was playing gta and this guy killed me like so much and I killed him back and he got my account suspended
    till 31/12/9999 it sucks I've been doing this enforcement thing but nothing I just want my account back because it has so many games brought on it and I don't have a mic to harass people and I wanna enjoy more of Xbox but there's just lots of people out there
