    Suspended from sending messages to other players.


    Hello. For a few weeks now i can't send messages to other players on console (or on xbox.com page). All i get is that for some past behaviour i am suspended from sending messages. I have no idea why i am suspended. I have never send and rude messages to
    any1 or said anything in the chat. What could be done with it? I can't even start chat with support member because in the graphs where must be my 1st and 2nd name i have "???????" symbols and i'm not able to correct them. Suspended from sending messages to other players. :(

    Text message and friend request problems

    You should have received a message if you were suspended from sending/receiving text messages and friend requests. Can you send outgoing text messages and friend requests to other players? If you can, then you should be able to get messages and requests
    from other players. I would also look into the privacy settings on your account and make sure you're allowed to send/receive messages and friend requests.

    Here is a link detailing out about Communication Suspensions.

    It says you will be notified by email, and by message when you connect to your profile again.

    Also states that the suspension will be lifted at approx the same time frame that you were suspended. (Example: Suspended at 8am, you would then become un-suspended at 8am on a future date)

    I believe communication suspensions time frames depend on the severity and on how many times you have received a suspension. Seeing as your original message shows enforcement on 8/10/14 & 4/6/16. It could be a week.

    Dont quote me on this, but I believe the scheduling for suspensions was.

    -First TIme Offense: 1 Day.

    -Second Time Offense: 1 Week.

    -Third Time Offense: 1 Month / Ban

    It also states that Xbox Live Support will be unable to remove the suspension until its lifted date.

    1. It isnt in the EMail.

    2. There is only the Date weh nthe Suspension starts on the Enforcement Site

    3. I am from Germany and Chat Support and Call Back doesnt work either.

    4. I can apply for a Case Review, after the Terms of Use it just sends me back to the home page.

    This whole system is crap. A simple Date when the ban is lifted at any source. They even sent me a Mail on my XBox Account to tell me to check my EMails.. WHY NOT JUST PUT A DATE IN THERE??????

    No one in the forums has that information. It should be in the e-mail that was sent to you or on the enforcement site. It may be just a 24 hour ban since you are not able to apply for a review, but that is just a guess since they don't provide reviews
    on 24 hour bans. Good Luck!

    And, I cant Apply for Review (whatever that is), it sends me back to the main page..

    Why is it not possible to just mail the Suspension Date in the First EMail ??
