suspended from making account purcheses

My account was suspended from making account purchases, and I can't uprgade to Xbox Live gold because of it. Why?

i was wondering if the problem still exists. I made some movie purcheses on 5/18 and 5/10 and the meter whent up 6% but I do not know if it was from the purchese from 4/30 or 5/10. but o know the processes I made from the 5/18 did not go up.

If you are getting a message saying your account has been suspended from making purchases then there is a lock on your billing for your account. This can be caused by irregular purchase flow going on for the account, too many purchases happening at once
so the system locks it up because it might be someone else besides you making the purchases. If you contact Xbox support and tell them what is going on they can take the proper steps to help you out and get you back up and running again.

Xbox support number is 1-800-469-9269 if you are in Canada or the US.
