    I've just received a 14 day suspension from communication and I have no idea why, I have not said anything offensive recently nor have I sent any offensive messages to anyone, so I have literally no clue why I'm banned.

    My account was suspended unfairly

    My account was just suspended from voice chat because i apparently received a bunch of reports. I dont believe this to be true. After a game recently a guy messaged me in a toxic manner so i said profanity to him and told him he was toxic for no reason.
    He then replies banned from voice com to me and thus shortly after i am suspended. I want to work on uplifting the suspension. Ive been on xbox live for about 10 years now and never once got suspended from anything let alone voice coms. Thank you, my gamertag

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can also file for a case review if eligible.
