Suspended from Chat...

The Xbox Enforcement Team is a joke. A bunch of nerds playing God by suspending people from chat for bad language. Seriously, I've been an Xbox live member for 10 years, and I've been suspended only twice. Which has been in the past month. If anything, you
guys need to be suspended for harassment. I only play one game, and that's Destiny. It doesn't even have game chat... I'm sorry you bought out Halo from Bungie, and now it sucks. That's your fault; don't take it out on me. Plus I'm probably the only 24 year
old in the world that doesn't swear. How do I get suspended for bad language!?!? I'll talk trash to people on Xbox Live through messages, but its never bad enough to deserve to get suspended. People have talked crap ever since xbox live exist... Well, ever
since man exist... Stitching their mouth shut is only going to make them mad. (I'm a perfect example of that.) Sooo.. its my birthday in 4 days, and Microsoft doesn't think I deserve to talk. So I bought myself a Playstation today because I'm going to be suspended
from communication for six more days. Are you kidding Mircosoft, how about your Enforcement Team starts focusing on things that matter. (Like Cheaters, Hackers, DDosers, or maybe ISIS.) Venting while gaming (Trash Talking) is proven to relive stress, and Improve
attitude in real life. Your not helping the world by suspending people. Your'e causing people to want to go play GTA in real life.. Its 2016 Microsoft; get your crap together. While your doing that. I'll be celebrating my 25th Birthday on Playstation. Thanks

P.S. This is me venting. Any smart comment people. Go Die. (Figure of speech) People that think they can help. Don't bother. I've invested at least 10 hours of my time to try and get my suspension lifted. Not even Microsoft Support can get a hold of their
own Enforcement Team. I talked to a Manager about it.. (Its probably just a program that randomly selects people to suspend/ban.)

Why have I been suspended from messaging and voice chat on xbox one?

 

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. When you signed in for the xbox live service you accepted the term of us and the code of conduct:

where is clearly stated:

"Don’t harm or harass. For example, don't:

Scream at, intimidate, or bully others"

Your behavior in this post shows that you have still to understand the importance of the enforcement act upon your account. I suggest you to use those two weeks by meditating upon your behavior and the fact that xbox live is a community based on rules and

Id also like to add playstation has the same exact rules when it comes to communications. Except they dont just suspend your comunications. They suspend your entire account

 

Sorry to hear you were suspended. Please click the link below and sign in with the affected gamertag. From there you can click on the hammer icon where you will be able to see the reason for the suspension and can open a Case Review with the PET.

I can read very well Chase. No one here can help with enforcement issues. Also, for a 24 year old who doesn't swear you certainly did enough of it in the pm you sent me.

If the PET kept the enforcement action on your account you'll have to wait until it's lifted.
