Suspended for what??

I once again have been wrongfully suspended from Xbox Live communication. For the past few weeks I have been devoted to one game, Ark survival evolved, the only people I have talked to in that game is my tribe, aka my friends. So please explain why I was
banned from Xbox Live communication out of the blue when I only have talked to my friends. Mind you, none of these conversations with my friend’s we’re toxic. It’s really disappointing that I just got my Xbox one X, and I can’t even speak to my friends. I
wouldn’t be surprise if I te was a few “report bots” that someone had control of that got me banned. Because this isn’t the first time the first time has happened appended to someone I know a now me. My gamer tag is Overseer Dan, please review this case xbox,

Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

Don't either bother sending a case review they don't care, Xbox needs to get their sh*t together I am so sorry for all this bull they are doing to you

 

My son got banned for communication from Nov. 27th till Dec 4th. He wasn't able to communicate, but on Dec 1st, there was notice of another suspension till Dec 16th! He hasn't even been able to communicate so how does he get another suspensionon a date
he couldn't even play. Tried the website for a case review and apparently you have to answer questions correctly before they will even look at or consider your case. I'm upset that you can't talk to anyone to dispute the complaints. I feel like this is
a issue that may require another agency to investigate being that the xbox enforcement team seem so elusive.

 

You all must have potty mouths it’s the only reason you would be voice/message Communication suspended because of that . And if your in party chat might wanna ask yourself who your friends really are because one of them are reporting you . If your cussing
in a open chat your just asking for a suspension or ban you are breaking the Xbox Live Terms and agreement policies .

 

To understand the way that your son could have gotten suspended when he was already serving a suspension is like this ill explain how the enforcement system works.

1. in order to get suspended someone has to report that you violated the code of conduct.

2. it then goes in line with all the reports that are made and sent to Microsoft enforcement team which will then investigate the report which could take a few days for them to investigate it since it goes in line with the rest of the reports.

3. once they determine that their was a violation that is when the suspension is put onto the account. This is why sometimes people will think hey I wasn't even on that day why did I get suspended.

4. so in your scenario somebody before Nov. 27th reported your son had violated the code of conduct they investigated and determined that there was a violation and put the suspension that day. so in order for your son to get another suspension someone else
had to report another incident to the enforcement team and then they didn't start investigating the violation till after the 27th of Nov. and once it was determined that there was a violation then they put the new suspension onto the account. Which extended
out the current suspension apparently till the 16th.

Keep in mind just because a report is made does not mean that your account will be suspended only after the enforcement team investigates it and determines that there was a violation of the code of conduct do they put the suspension onto the account.
