Suspended for uploading a gamer picture?!

Apparently, the gamer picture I uploaded was held in escrow... Microsoft said, "Hang on, we still have your picture, we're just verifying" blah blah blah, and it was never completed, and now I have a 24-hour "suspension" from editing my profile?

Your policies are screwed to Hell. If you didn't like the photo, why not just deny it? It was in good taste, and I've seen vulgar pictures and photos of folks using drugs, using the lavatory, etc. pass before, but you deemed this bad, and suspended me,
without warning?

Seriously, Microsoft Enforcement, screw you.

Your liberal, kid-friendly zone has so many loopholes (i.e. you can curse at people over voice and in party text and receive no punishment for this), and when you're suspended, you can still talk in Mixer (your OWN effing software), but not on Twitch, on XBOX?

Point is, no one ever saw the photo I uploaded, but you lied and then suspended me for it?

And what's with this crap that you're allowed to discuss your sexual preferences in your profile now, but not your faith? What kinda of liberal, backwards BS is this?

Can't upload custom gamerpics "because of of past behavior"

for some reason I was banned or suspended from uploading custom gamerpics but I have never uploaded an offensive pic or broke the rules or whatever. does anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it

Right, I have not had any uploads (yet) because I just started the channel a few days ago, and havent got around to uploading yet. I was uploading to my old account.. But XBLPET's Dont like my other channel very much... So i got suspended. So i was jsut
wondering if i was allowed to have one at all. Now that I have my answer, I am confident in Gettin my videos up and my Bio Re written! Thanks Zen Like Calm and Teamhotabot!

a 24 hour ban cannot be appealed and microsoft never give out warning s before a ban, a 24 hour ban is the smallest ban they can hand out.

ya they dont do [Mod Removed]i just got a 2 week communication ban for saying the word
[Mod Removed]after someone has sent me a salt message. and now i cant get a case review done because i failed a question are due to the question "If i have bad internet connection can i get suspended?" and apparently i answered this wrong.
like What the [Mod Removed]is wrong with microsoft? we should have to due a damn essay or question are just to try and appeal a ban.

at this rate im seriously contemplating on switching over to Playstation.

 

Sony's moderation team is worse, so I wouldn't do that. Play on PC, where you can pretty much do what you like.

First suspension with Sony is a week, and you have NO use of your account. You can't even watch Netflix, Hulu, etc.

 

Microsoft is still a [Mod Removed] for doing this. They're like the Wizard of Oz with this "Enforcement" crap, and they think they can just have their own microcosmic judge, jury, and executioner. The entire system is a joke, because
you have no say in any matter.
