Suspended for two weeks???

I have been suspended for two weeks from 10.10pm Sunday 10th April. But nobody will tell me why? I have tried a case review but it says I cannot have one.

How are you meant to know what you have done wrong if nobody will tell you. Arghhhhhhhhhhh

My account has been suspended for two weeks. The xbox email said that I wasn't following the code of conduct.

I can't imagine why I was suspended, can you please email me the reason?

you don't get the info because of the privacy laws in place

You should have received an email with regards to your suspension.

 

I had a 24 hour one for no reason and got nothing. No reply on the phone or in the suspension forums. no one knows, and no one seems too care. I just want too know after 9 years what I have done so wrong

 

As mentioned,you would of got an email telling why you were suspended.You do not get suspended for no reason.

Phone support are nothing too do with xbox live enforcement so wouldn't be able to help you & the ban/suspension forums are no longer used & haven't been since August last year.

A 24 hour suspension is the shortest time you can be suspended for. It could have been something you had in your bio or perhaps you used profanity towards another player either through chat or messages...

As you have been told previously, unfortunately we here cannot help to provide reasons, we can only direct you to who can.
