Suspended For suspected Marketplace Fraud

I am Requesting Urgent Help.

I received an email earlier today 07/02/2017 about my account in trouble with suspected marketplace fraud.



The rundown: about a week/two weeks ago received a message from Xbox about changing and resetting my password and then i got a message on my Xbox when i logged on to my account about secure console, I suspected somebody was on my account but thought nothing
of it as nothing was missing taken out of the card on my account, All the credit/Debit cards on my account are legit and are mine/Family related can prove if required.

It says the account had engaged in marketplace theft but I haven't got anything on my account to account for this situation, everything from the past 3 months is the same and no sudden change of currency or new games on my account. I suspect that it was from
another location which I why i would like to Ask for further information regarding the allegation such as where it happened as I stated it could have been another person logged onto my account without my confirmation so could I get a IP/Location confirmation
as it would help with the alleged allegation.

Nobody has my account information I have never told anyone my info nor do family members know my details, I don't authorise people to use my account thats forbidden, As for saying this I spoke to live cat and got help from a Microsoft employee.

With help from the xbox support, Lester R helped me solve this issue he provided me with a link providing My account log-ins and locations. Sign in to your Microsoft account I
live in the UK and One log n said from Russia...

Since then I have submitted a case Review on the enforcement page and sent an email helped by the xbox support live chat and never received an email about the situation until i submitted a case review online through the enforcement page, Which the enforcement
team requested more information and I politely asked them to check the email That i sent which provided all the information needed. and 1 hour later I got a response saying that the decision was upheld. After contacting live support for the 2nd time I was
speaking to Janice V and she stated that the email I submitted will not get read as they are on a timeline and f they did read the email they wouldn't be able to review the case.

I can provide more proof if required, I.E; Names, Addresses, Last four digits on every card on my account, Linked accounts, recent purchases and proof of paid items.

I would Like another review of my suspension as I truly believe I have wrongfully been suspended.

Same issue for 2 weeks and counting!??

I checked the region in my xbox account and seems to be ok, it's set to U.S. on mine but also on a pc and not a console. I've tried checking for the region setting in my account on microsoft billing but can't find it. That's why my account was suspended,
i haven't been on my account in over a year and shortly after getting back on it, i purchased 12k points, bought and downloaded content...3 days later, account was suspended due to suspected fraud and marketplace theft, and was giving back account after sending
in download history and purchase statements.

Did you see the "rare occurrence" part? Stop being a troll and besides that having an account for a region you do not live in is tantamount to Marketplace fraud and could get your suspended or banned.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld the review, there is no other way to contact them. You would need to continue trying to work with support to see if there is anything they can do.

 

I have been contacting support but they are going backwards all the time I say one thing and 5 mins later I am having to repeat the query again and again. Currently been on chat for 1 hour with an employee and they still haven't got past the fact I cant
submit another review.

 

Could An Xbox support worker help me with emailing this to the enforcement team to get a case review and for them to review the case properly, Thank You
