Suspended for supposedly having a "sexually explicit" picture on my profile pic

I would try to submit a case review but what's the point if I can't show the actual image i was using and the one i wanted to use that got me into this 7 day suspension. The character I was using for almost a month as my profile pic belongs to me as she
is my original character (fursona) and the image I wanted to use was another piece of art i got of the same character that had absolutely no explicit content in the cropped image i uploaded to my profile. It's just a cropped portrait of her neck up, smiling
to be precise. I'm showing the cropped image on this post to show you all that it's not "sexually explicit" like the XBLPET stated (which I am also posting the screenshot of the suspensions i received.) The way i see it is that as soon as my 7 day suspension
ends, I won't be able to use my character as my profile pic which is very sad. I still can't believe there's no way of actually speaking to a live person from the XBLPET about this case and actually showing them the image I want to use and hearing them say
if it's truly explicit like it states in my suspension notice. Meanwhile i see other random peoples Xbox profile pics shocasing: women exposing their cleavage, suggestive animated girls with ridiculous body proportions half naked, drug related pics, etc...
and my character, that's not showing anything else than her face, gets me suspended for a week with what seems like a clear mistake from whoever checks the custom gamerpics when you upload them.

So I got suspended for a dumb reason

so I got suspended for having "nudity or lewd content or extreme offensive content, my profile picture was jade from mortal kombat 9, A GAME ON XBOX, I don't know how this would be offensive or nudity, sure she's sexually appealing but there was nothing
offensive about my profile picture, I got suspended the same day I set that profile picture up, THE SAME DAY, way to judge Xbox enforcement team. This was my profile picture, please someone reply

Thanks, thats what i was hoping for withthe case review, but all they said was something about " sexually explicit" language, which is completely offbase. I truly have no idea whay i cocould have said that wS deemed sexually explicit

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted throught the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible.
