    i was suspended because of “past behavior” for one week, what what reason i do not know. i’ve been a member for over 5 years not once have i ever had this issue. when i log into enforcement.xbox.com it says i have a perfect record. but yet when i call they
    say they can see a suspension of one week for something but they don’t know what either. i’m extremely pissed off. i have a paid subscription to xbox live and i can’t even use it right now. i’m out of work on disability and suffer from bad anxiety and depression.
    and the xbox is a great tool to keep my mind busy. but this is making everything worse. what the hell is the deal i need answers.

    I have 9 months left on xbox live gold and it was canceled and suspended, but not by me. Can't recover any info and no resources posted to contact cust support.

    Console suspensions

    They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or it should tell you on the enforcement site

  5. i received an email yes. but it didn’t say why. i’ve been to the enforcement website and again, it says “you have a perfect record” there’s no orange hammer to do a claim. there’s nothing in my enforcement history either. when i called back to xbox customer
    service they told me to post on the forums it’s monitored by the enforcement team.

    They gave you the wrong info.

    They often tell people to post on the forums because they don't know what to do.

    As I said,the enforcement team do not use or monitor the forums.

    Xbox cust support CANNOT recover a password. You can only do it through windows live at account.live.com or windowslivehelp.com
