Suspended for nothing

Today i was in my minecraft survival world helping people with a few achievements. A griefer join and started destroying my stuff. After i kicked him he messeged me "get suspended lol" then about 30 seconds later i was suspended with no release date. I literally didnt do ANYTHING wrong. I know the tos and cod i didnt violate it!! Microsoft says they wont assist with suspentions but i literally havent done anything at all exept kick a griefer out of my world...

You can view your suspension at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible.

Instead of sending him a personal message and using bad language, you could've just reported him for being vulgar. However, you did use profanity yourself and that's the reason you got communication ban.
