Suspended for nothing!

Hey there, if you want to inquire about your suspension, please post in the "15 - My Live account has been suspended" forum for a response from Policy
Enforcement.

The Code of Conduct does say this, however.

• Don't create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that other users may be offended by. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual
  nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities.
  

Fyi you aren't supposed to. curse which is a clear violation of the terms of use

Notice the edits meaning you didn't use.appropiate language

You can view your suspension at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible.

Instead of sending him a personal message and using bad language, you could've just reported him for being vulgar. However, you did use profanity yourself and that's the reason you got communication ban.
