Suspended for no reason

i was just trading with people on rocket league and suddwnly out of nowhere i get susspended with no reason given if a reason was given or if i had harrased someone this would be fine but since i have not done anything wrong followed theyre guidlines exactly
and never been suspended so this is just wrong of microsoft to do this to me.

Please post in
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx and a XBLPET will be with you quickly. Though in my personal opinion the card could've had enough money but when the tried to finally charge it was a void card. At most you'll need to call in and get this fixed unless the XBLPET's
can fix this issue.

Suspended for no reason

My friend his gamertag iis jhove97 was suspended for no reason when he trys to connect to xbox live it says suspended until 12/31/9999 but someonehacked his account and tampered with it its not fair

Suspensions aren't given for no reason. :/ You can login at enforcement.xbox.com to see what's going on and for more info. Just click the hammer after you sign in.

If you received a suspension longer than 24 hours but shorter than permanent, you are eligible to appeal it to the Xbox Enforcement Team via a case review. For more information: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Keep in mind that investigations do take time so suspensions are not necessarily issued the same time as the action.So it could be for something that was done weeks ago.

If you are on a child account you would need to have the parental account log into the site Daft has linked for them to view and file a case review for you.

You don't get suspended for no reason. Why would Microsoft do that? If you get suspended, the appropriate team (enforcement I think) look into it and if you did nothing they won't ban you

If you want to appeal a ban, you have to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com
