Suspended for no reason

These past few weeks have been nothing but annoying due to the fact that I’ve been getting suspended for no reason. Another thing is that I believe someone is hacking me because my friends have recently been receiving messages from a gamer tag “[Mod Removed]”
claiming that he has been suspending my account and that he would continue to do so. My friends have FaceTimed me and sent me pics of these messages so I have proof. I just really need a solution to this because I have applied for multiple case reviews and
every time they say that the suspension was justifiable and that I did in fact violate a service and terms agreement

Please post in
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx and a XBLPET will be with you quickly. Though in my personal opinion the card could've had enough money but when the tried to finally charge it was a void card. At most you'll need to call in and get this fixed unless the XBLPET's
can fix this issue.

Suspended for no reason

My friend his gamertag iis jhove97 was suspended for no reason when he trys to connect to xbox live it says suspended until 12/31/9999 but someonehacked his account and tampered with it its not fair

Any details about your account suspension are found by logging in here: http://enforcement.xbox.com

Other users cannot directly ban your account. They would have to submit a report and the reported account would only get a ban if they did something that violated the Code of Conduct.

If you believe there are unauthorized users on your account, then I highly recommend

changing your password right away to prevent further logins and trouble.

http://enforcement.xbox.com Keep in mind that investigations do take time so suspensions are not necessarily issued the same time as the action.So it could be for something that was done weeks ago.

If you are on a child account you would need to have the parental account log into the site Daft has linked for them to view and file a case review for you.

You don't get suspended for no reason. Why would Microsoft do that? If you get suspended, the appropriate team (enforcement I think) look into it and if you did nothing they won't ban you

If you want to appeal a ban, you have to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com
