Suspended for no reason then lost all of my live!

Hello, I was recently suspended for no reason. I dont ever cheat or look to mod or hack or what ever. i dont own a mic so i havent offended anyone or anything. After my suspention, my account had no live, so basically i have been *** over a month of live.
Anyway, i made another account while suspended because i dont want to have a bad rep. So you have made me loose time and money for no reason. I would like to be compensated thank you.

I recommend posting in this forum where "Official Xbox Support" will be able to assist you! Here they will be able to tell you the reason for your suspension.

 

When you're suspended, that is because you violated the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use. Therefore, you will not be compensated for lost Gold unfortunately.

 

How did i violate the code of conduct? I have done nothing wrong? This is ridiculous!

 

If you had done nothing wrong then you wouldn't have been suspended. They don't suspend people for no reason.

 

Well can i find out why? They changed my gamertag... Maybe people reported me because of that, but honestly that is rediculous suspending me and wasting my money
