Suspended for no reason at all

I wasn’t even online at the time and I got banned and did nothing previous to this to get banned for anything and it was in communication when I hadn’t talked to anyone at all. And I didn’t do anything yesterday or previous to that to get reported for!?

Why is that im suspended for nothing at all in the game, how you get suspended is by leaving in game matches early or through out the game, i have not done that , so my question to you is why do i have to wait 15 min for something i have not done , this
should not be happening
