Suspended for no reason and not given a detailed reason just a General one

I have been given an Xbox live band for two weeks of the summer holidays for "Harassment "yet I recall playing Roblox and playing the game as it wants me to and then the next day being banned for no reason I don't know why the harassment ban was put in
place when I had not deliberately harass anyone maybe through game strategies or game purpose and yet when I was given this ban I wasn't given a detailed reason why like the message the reporter reported me on but instead of saying I have violated the code
of conduct is which I know I hadn't and the Xbox website so I could apply for a case review overalled me when I knew I had not harassed anyone and the website also wasn't working and the fact I tried to look up my enforcement history and apply for case review
and when I had tried to come back to the enforcement homepage every time, so I have been wasted my summer holidays because Xbox have fulsomely suspended me for harassment that I did not do

Suspension

I have got my account suspended because of inappropriate behavior. I contacted customer support, they could not help. Is there a reason you do not give an exact reason for the suspension in the e-mail and on showenforcementhistory
page? General bla-bla with rules and possible reasons for suspension is not very helpful when I shall teach my son good behavior when gaming.

wow so for no reason they will ban your xbox or give you an excuse to why you have been banned when their info has no reason for why the person has been banned. not everyone violates. i had my xbox for 3yrs and never been suspended for any reason or done
anything wrong and i get banned and from what i'm hearing here they will not even give yo a good reason other then just cause whatever.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
