    Please post in
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     and a XBLPET will be with you quickly. Though in my personal opinion the card could've had enough money but when the tried to finally charge it was a void card. At most you'll need to call in and get this fixed unless the XBLPET's
    can fix this issue.

    Can I refund a game that I pre order and cam out 14 days later and the game I did not like how the game was made

    If you played 2houesoe more you can't get a refund without significant reasom

    It's best to read reviews first

    You can reply to the rejection email but keep in mind abusing the refund policy can earn hou a marketplace ban

    except you dont know if that's the msg.that was the reasom

    You do realize that a it takes days to weeks before any report is actioned on

    Thats.the point of anonymous rrports

    You don't get feedback nor can you retailiate against said users

    It's real.simple keep it clean

    Problem downloading content

    Yes tombraider was region locked

    If you are using the website to hypass the region locks thats why

    Work arounds are work arounda for a reasom it doesnt always work

    Your speed is too slow for large downloads also and will most likely time out

    But rhw key issue here is the region lock
