Suspended for no real reason

So I was hit with an enforcement action to suspend my account from

Sharing Kinect content

Sharing to social networks

Text and voice communications and Looking for Group

Broadcasting

Editing Xbox profile, gamerpic, & club content

All because of "inappropriate messages or participated in inappropriate voice or text communications. This may include harassment or bullying behavior, using abusive or offensive language, negative speech towards a person or group, disruptive behavior, spamming,
or other inappropriate communications." However, I'm not eligible for a case review as the suspension is only for a day. Although it's actually 28hours of suspension.

Start date:July 30, 2018, 3:03:06 AM

End date: July 31, 2018, 7:03:06 AM

But that's not the real problem. The problem is that I was suspended for a message that I replied to that the initial person that messaged me was harassing me and using abbreviated offensive language. I sent a report but it appears
that nothing was done to them because they sent me a reply letting me know I was reported. If my message(that yes did obtain some offensive language and abbreviations for others) but was at least a reason as to why we lost the match and some way helpful for
them in the future to understand, then I find that completely wrong.

Uhh, no st0rmbreaker. They will only issue a forced name change for legitimate reasons. Filing a complaint for no real reason is actually abuse of the system and can lead to the profile who filed the complaint getting suspended.

bans don't always happen immediately, when someone messages you with offensive languages you should just report them and block them. if you answer back it's possible that you get a ban, so next time I suggest you don't answer back in an offensive way.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for case review as those can take a few days and the suspension would be lifted by then. If you retaliate with offensive language it only puts you at fault as much as the person who sent you a harassing
message.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site
here

Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

2 week suspensions are usually handed out if you have had other suspensions in the past or whatever you did was quite severe.

My account was permanently suspended for not reason ive only got suspended 3 times the third one being the permanent I don't know what I did I feel like I was falsely reported

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here would have any information regarding your ban. You would have to see if there is an option for a case review on that site to try to have the ban lifted.

Suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place, so the ban could be for something that took place days or weeks before. So even though you're not actively using your console, you can still receive a suspension.
