Suspended for communication

So I got suspend because I sent a message to a person and it was wrong long story or short, the suspension ended and now I'm suspended again for the same thing except I haven't been on xbox and haven't been able to communicate with everyone.... help? I can't
apply for a case review,

Alright thank you, cause I’ve seen people adding like thousands of randoms just to get them to follow back and stack up

their followers, I feel like the enforcement team are targeting the wrong people.... they really need to remove follwers off xbox in general.
