Suspended for communication

Hello, alright so hopefully an ambassador can fill me in... but I’ve been suspended three times already for “spamming” by the enforcement team. I’m ashamed for those but let me tell you how... so again, I’m ashamed for saying this (been doing it for about
3 years and NEVER got in trouble). I’m sure people are aware of the whole “Add4Add” stuff to get more followers.. I’ve been involved in it for awhile now and never once thought to read to code of conduct (my fault obviously) but there’s clubs of thousands
of people doing it, and they seem to be ok, but me, I get in trouble. I learned my lesson real quick.. no doubt. But my question is... are being in these “Add4Add” clubs going to put my account on the line in the future? Because the last thing I want is to
be banned. I know people look down on others who ask for followers, but I’d rather give all that up and get a straight answer on what to do, because I’m clearly clueless if I keep getting suspended. Most of the people I “spam” are part of the clubs too, which
is even more confusing.

I agree with Gutter, if you are crazy competitive online and send rude or cruel messages or you got into an argument in-game or in party along with messages, they can tag you for that.

You need to go to the enforcement team and apply for a case review so they can decide to unban you or not

Alright thank you, cause I’ve seen people adding like thousands of randoms just to get them to follow back and stack up

their followers, I feel like the enforcement team are targeting the wrong people.... they really need to remove follwers off xbox in general.
