    Suspended for cheating?


    Hi all, I logged into my account this morning with a message from Xbox Live enforcement stating that my account has been temporarily suspended.

    I had to click the link on my console to enforcement.xbox.com which stated that the reason of the ban was for cheating.

    I'm annoyed that i cannot play a service that i have paid for because i'm a more experience player than someone else, however what is unsettling is to know that the enforcement employee was too incompetent to ban someone who obviously wasnt cheating.

    Is there any steps to place a complaint on that department to investigate that staff members competence?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    You do not get banned/suspended for "no reason".

    You certainly would never get suspended for being a "experienced player".

    Just because you pay for a service does not mean you are exempt from the rules & you can be suspended/banned if you are caught breaking those rules which is something you agreed to when starting your account.

    Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site
    here     for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    but i thought MS said they have a way of making sure they don't suspend people who didn't cheat. in other words, if the kid who was killed while camping reports you for cheating when you didn't really cheat, xbox live enforcement can tell and won't suspend
    you.
