Suspended for a false report

i was banned after some kid reported me. We exchanged messages, he called me a bunch of dirty names then blocked me.

Now I'm suspended for a day, and your support team cannot help because they have no acces to the messages. The suspension is for a day, but i planned on qualifying for an e-league and now i cant link up with my teammates. Thanks, xbox!

Edit: the option to file a case review isn't on my screen, and the reps i spoke to were ill-informed on how to help me with this

You dont get suspended simply due to false reports. In fact anyone filing false reports are subject be being suspended themselves since filing false reports is against the terms of service/code of conduct.

All reports are investigated before any action is taken. If your brother believed the suspension was made by mistake then he can file for a case review while logged into the suspended account and enforcement.xbox.com

That is the only to contact the enforcement team as they don't use the forums and wont see this.

 

Communication Ban

You would not of got suspended without reason.

Every report is investigated before a suspension is issued.

If someone filed a false report then you would not of been suspended.

 

Anything about account suspensions is only handled on the Enforcement website: https://enforcement.xbox.com

Support reps do not have any authority over suspensions, so they can't do anything to help you out. If a case review is not available for you to submit, you may not eligible to submit one. If that's the case, there's nothing left to do but to sit out the
rest of the ban.

Review the
Code of Conduct to prevent another issue like this in the future.

 

24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case reviews because by the time the case review is done the suspension would be over.
