I'm a lifetime XBL subscriber with ZERO complain history and I get contacted by some sore loser yet I GET BANNED?????

I wonder if Sony does this... maybe i'll go to gamestop for a trade up. This is the thanks I get for years of dedication and support.

I think you should either contact microsoft or even the police depending on how serious these threats are. You should also just block him already but still that depends on the situation. If he's only threatening to get your account banned then you're lucky, just contact microsoft but if he goes any further then you should tell somebody.

Contact Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (in the US) The should be able to figure out who is doing this and ban them.

If I was a cop overseeing this case, I'd ask the person if they did everything in their power to prevent contact with the individual. Thus, Changing a gamertag, Blocking communication, Filing a complaint, Setting Privacy Settings, etc., are all within the
user's control to prevent the user from harassing them further.

While yes, the user is making a minor sacrifice, its nothing major in the large scheme of things. However, if the user wishes to not do so, Then the only other option is:

A. Contact Xbox Customer Support (Which they'll probably say the same suggestions I just did)

or

B. Contact the police & your ISP.

There isn't anything else that can be done other than that.

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.
