Suspended for 3 weeks for reporting a cheater.

This is standard customer service number is 0800 587 1102. There they will tell you to go on forums and ask there. I told them that the forms ignore me and go from there. Just to let you know 4 months ago I lost my Forza 5 savedata and they apologised for
that and they gave me few things for that issue. I have lost 2 years of gaming because the server dis something wrong.

 

You wont get any compensation for a suspension the xbox code of conduct is very clear and you broke it.

 

I'm not after compensation im out to make sure stuff like this does not happen to other people because it's totally out of order and if you can't see it viral you are just blind to the truth. Do they actually look into causes like these cases or because
they have so many complaints Comming in daily do they just have a quick look and make a decision wether the person in question deserves to be given a ban??.

 

on the help line they dont do anytthing. They tell you to go on the forums and interact there with the team, but they are ignoring me atm! this has started tto go on my nerves. They dont care if you have done something they will just do what they do and
block random people.

 

I did not broke nothing, the other dude broke the code of conduct not me. He has cheating in the game and was offensive towards me. That is what he told me
[Mod removed] and [Mod removed] and I got suspended for saying
[Mod removed] and I got suspended for what he has said. Im sure if you would be suspended you would not be talking like that. I wish you would experience the amazing feeling of suspension for no reason. ^^

 

You got suspended for an offensive message. Yes the message you sent him was OFFENSIVE that breaks the code of conduct. Not sure why you think the language you used was ok to send in a message across xbox live.

Yes what the other player sent to you was also against the CoC and I hope you filed a complaint against him/her for it.

However your retaliation is what got you suspended. Arguing here about it will get you no where you know what you did and you now know it was wrong. Just wait out your suspension and move on

If you encounter an obnoxious player:

File a complaint if you believe the player is violating the Code of Conduct.

Give negative feedback and/or Avoid This Player. This can be done by selecting the player’s profile and choosing the Feedback option.

Use the Block Communications feature.

Do not retaliate. If you act it could be considered harassment.

Mute the player.

 

Yea he was in the wrong for saying [Mod removed: Please don't bypass the swear filter], apparently, but a 3 week ban for that is abit exessive for sending 1 lone message and the thing is if he got a 3 week ban just for that 1 message why
didn't the other guy get banned??? That's what I can't understand, if that's the consequence of 1 complaint filed against him why did the other guy not get banned?????

 

Did he file a complaint against the other user? The enforcment team can only act upon a report. The length of his suspension is because it is a second offence like he mentioned earlier
