Suspended for 2 weeks now suspended for 12.31.9999

I was supposed to get unsuspended for I was suspended for 2 weeks and when I got on my account It said I was suspended till 12 31 9999 and I was wondering can I pls get unsuspended when I looked at my email it said for account theft and I have no clue
what I did or what had happened so I can hopefully can get back on my account my gamer tag is HIRE ACE

I got suspended for 2 weeks then when I was supposed to get un suspended tomorrow and I got a email stating that I was doing account theft and I wasn't and I was wondering will I get unsuspended because it suspended me until 12.31.9999 and I know who
has been doing it he lives down the road from me. his gt is [Mod removed] but I wasn't doing I don't know what happened but can u please unsuspende me pls get back to me asap so we can figure out what had happended

but they will only tell you the reason for the ban,which you already know.

There is no appealing a ban or suspension.

 

plus for future reference you do not need to post multiple threads you already had a thread with the same issue, you cannot and will not get a suspension reversed or lifted especially a perm one for theft. all you can do is post in the link Daft listed
but they will just tell you why nothing more nothing less.

 

Adding to both of the above: You know exactly what was done as that reason is why the permanent suspension was issued. They don't just hand those out without valid reasons.
