Suspended for 2 weeks... haven't logged on and now I'm banned !!! HELP

Okay So - I never received a reply in regards to my last conversation dated 6/5/2014 in regards to no warning or anything issued prior to suspension

Today 6/17 2 weeks after the suspension of my sons account, he is now banned!!!

XBOX WHAT IS GOING ON???

OvO DOMO OvO = my son

His account was suspended, he was punished, he served the time

Today his suspension was supposed to be lifted and he logged in very excited to play and to see that NOW HE IS BANNED

OKAY HOW CAN YOU BAN SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT PLAYED IN 2 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY ARE SUSPENDED



I NEED ANSWERS!!!! THIS IS UNFAIR, THIS IS NOT LEGAL!!!!!

I NEED ANSWERS AS TO WHY HE IS NOW BANNED!!!!!

Why have i been suspended?

For some reason ive been suspended from xbox live communication and i don't know why. I'm pretty mad at this since i haven't done anything wrong, my bio is clean, i use decent language and i have hardly any interaction with players outside my friends list.
First it said i was banned for a day and now I'm suspended for a week. I'm looking for help to be unsuspend my account.

 

Suspended for 2 weeks for no reason

I got communication banned for 2 weeks around 3 days ago which I totally accept but yesterday I got suspended from playing multiplayer for 2 weeks for alleged Harassment.But I haven't harassed anyone as I've been communications banned.Any help in resolving
this issue is much appreciated thanks.

 

It's the age old adage that's been popular in prison systems the world over.....for centuries and centuries. We're all here but none of us did it.

 

What does that mean??? I asked my son and he's clueless and I'm a parent and I have no idea what that means

I completely agree with you ! I made mistake 2 years ago and Microsoft has banned my account and my xbox360 FOR EVER !!!!!!!! It's really unfair that they unban you for ever just because you made a mistake and they make your console and your account completely
useless !!

I hope they will unban it cause I had 50K gamerscore, some games and so so so so many DLCs !!!!

I asked them to unban my account I don't know if they can or if they would.

Your warning is the terms & conditions & the code of conduct you agree to when you start the account.

Bans & suspensions aren't instant,your son was probably suspended for something he did months ago but it has only just been investigated.It's likely that another report was investigated while your son was suspended & thats why he is now banned.

Bans are permanant,you will not get the ban reversed.

 

OP: Daft is right. Follow his advice.

As one xbox parent to another, if your son was suspended/banned, HE DID SOMETHING to deserve it. As for the unfair/illegal part, imagine going to a gym you pay membership fees to. If you do your work out and follow the rules, no one bugs you. If you harass
other members, throw weights around, and use machines in ways other than their design intends, you get tossed out.

Xbox live works much the same way.
