    ive been playing xbox for about 6 years and this has never happened to me. i got on xbox last night and when i was signing in to my account it had said i got a enforcement suspension for 14 days. i was very confused as i did not do anything to recieve
    this harassment/abuse/threat suspension. usually when you get a suspension, it shows you the message or the reason you got suspended when you check the enforcement history, but when i checked the enforcement history for my account it did not provide me with
    the reason of my 14 day suspension. i have contacted the xbox robot about my problem, it said it does not see a enforcement action on my account. i am very frustrated as i just payed 50$ on the game i now cannot play for 2 weeks. can somebody assist me in
    this situation? i tried to submit a case review but i gotta question wrong and now i have to wait 24 hours to try again. and the thing that frustrates me is that i cannot play my video game online. this is not acceptable and i am a paying customer, i should
    not be treated like this for something i did not do. please assist me!

    If by "Xbox robot" you mean the virtual agent, support doesn't handle enforcement issues so it wouldn't be able to see that. Only the enforcement team has that information.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Hello all we can tell you is to go to enforcement.xbox.com . Since youve already been there and tried to do a case review and missed a question you have to wait the 24hrs
    as stated. Its nothing anyone in the form can do to help you, sorry about that. The website is going to be the only place that can handle this issue for you.

    bruh the robot said it dont see a enforcement action on my account and when i go to the messages on my xbox it onlys shows one from 10/28 not 11/5. smh cant wait till the ps5 come out xbox is so annoying.
