Suspended falsely

So I was suspended on June 23rd for communications and I got unsuspended on July 7th. But today, July 13th, I got suspended again for communications but i only messaged my friends and my mic was broken so I feel like I am being targeted

Customer support and the forums do not have access to Enforcement records in order to assist you.

Case reviews are available on an eligibility basis. If a case review is not available, there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done.

Falsely Suspended

I have been falsely accused of cheating and need help to review as I do not have an option to review. I am truly disappointed in this manner in which I have been wrongly accused

It doesn't matter if you only messaged friends. If you said something that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

You can be suspended for acts performed before the suspension date

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued

Even if you just message your friends. If you send them something nasty and they report it. It still is reviewed and acted on.

Well there was a holiday and so many of them may have had or took the day off so responses may be delayed.

If you feel the service is trash then it might be worth while to review other options

That’s such **** being at the mercy of them. It’s been almost two days and they said 24hrs?! Who knows if they are even looking at it and are going to make me wait 2 weeks, for something I didn’t do. It’s also bull that there’s no way to get ahold of and
explain tour side. This is ridiculous. Pay for a service that’s trash. Go back to PS4.
